PEEF scholars pay tributes to the Chief Minister

Fifteen PEEF scholars who especially attended the meeting of Board of Directors of Punjab Educational Endowment Fund while paying rich tributes to Punjab Chief Minister, Muhammad Shehbaz Sharif said that Chief Minister Muhammad Shehbaz Sharif has taken revolutionary steps for promotion of education sector which will be remembered forever. PEEF scholar, Irfan Shamoon said that his father is a sweeper in an organization and they were living hand to mouth. He said that he met F. Sc. expenses by selling ornaments of her mother. He said that after that, he received PEEF scholarship due to which he completed his electrical engineering education. He said that serving the country as an engineer was his dream which has been fulfilled by PEEF. He said that working at an important post by a poor child after getting higher education is a clear proof that Shahbaz Sharif is a education-friendly Chief Minister. PEEF scholar, Asifa Khan told that her father installs a counter in front of a shop on Hall Road and was unable to bear her educational expenses. She told that she completed M.Sc through PEEF scholarships and now she is working in a multinational company on a reasonable pay. Another PEEF scholar belonging to Bahawalnagar, Habib Ullah told that his father leads prayers in a mosque and getting higher education was his dream which has materialized through PEEF. PEEF scholar, Sibgha Tahir told that she belongs to a poor family and getting higher education was her desire. She disclosed that she has got top position in bio-engineering in a Turkish University Fatih due to PEEF scholarships and helped her in getting research education. PEEF scholars said that they have completed their higher education through Punjab Educational Endowment Fund, the credit of which goes to Shehbaz Sharif. They prayed for Shahbaz Sharif that he may live long and continue to serve the masses and take steps for the welfare of the students.
